How is ScaffoldIQ licensed?
ScaffoldIQ is subscription-based, billed per user every 28 days. Users with view only access are free and can be added by your administrator.

What are the system requirements to use ScaffoldIQ?
ScaffoldIQ runs on your desktop and iOS and Android mobile devices. See software and hardware requirements for PCs.

How long will it take to receive my account access after purchasing?
You will receive an email confirming your purchase. Your server will be provisioned, and you will receive a follow-up email a short time later with a software download link.

I purchased a subscription but didn’t receive an email. What should I do?
First, check your Spam or Junk folder in case the email was misrouted. If you still can’t locate it, or if you entered the wrong email address during purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.

Can I add or remove users at any time?
Yes. Administrators can add or remove users from their account at store.avontus.com/. Billing will adjust automatically on the next subscription cycle.

Yes. If your internet connection is unavailable, you can continue working on your mobile device. Your updates will sync automatically once you’re back online.
