Quantify 2012 R1 New Release Webinars

We are excited to announce that Quantify 2012 R1 was released on April 27, 2012. Five (identical) New Release Webinars will be offered to review the new features and enhancements included in this release. New Release Guides are available for download on the blog.

Here are some highlights of the features and enhancements that will be covered in the Webinars.

New Features

· Staging Areas, a new type of location

· Import Job Sites

· QuickBooks – Import Vendor Bills

Enhancements

· Scaffold Tag Invoice Format Changes

· New Tax Rule

· Pivot Grid Filters

· Import quantities into Scaffold Tag Shipments

· Right-click on job to create a reservation for the job

· Change Order and Rate Profile on Scaffold Tags

Please plan on attending 1 of the 5 scheduled New Feature Webinars beginning the week of 4/30/12. The identical sessions will be offered at various times, one is bound to work for your schedule. To register, reply to this email and let me know which session (indicate by session number) you would like to attend. You will then receive an email invitation to the session with a link to attend and the conference call information.

Quantify New Release Webinar Schedule

Locate your Time Zone in the table. Then view sessions, times and dates. Send me the Session number of the session you would like to attend.

Each webinar will run approximately an hour and will start on time. If you are unable to attend, a recorded session will be available on the Avontus blog to view at your convenience by the end of the week.

Each webinar will include a period for Q and A. Please hold your questions until the end of the presentation.
