When you change a rate on a shipment that results in a rate different than what is on the rate profile, you will now see the different rate in a blue color on the shipment products tab. You will also see a tooltip display showing the rate that it should be from the rate profile.
Added the ability to filter serial numbers in all of the lists of serial numbers. These are the main serial number dialog box for add and edit and when purchasing a serialized part.

Greatly improved overall database performance by added numerous indexes.
Tool invoice now honors the zero item display from the jobsite when viewing invoices with zero rent.

When a corporate node was selected generating a pivot, the locations weren't always included.
Creating a shipment or a reservation when stocked products at a branch didn't exist wasn't allowing the shipment to be created, even though negative balances are allowed. Fixed this so that you can now create these.
