It’s common practice for scaffolding, shoring, and formwork companies today to place their logo on outgoing documents. Using your logo gives your company a recognizable brand and a professional image.

In addition to being able to customize your reports, Quantify also makes it easy to use your logo.

Most reports in Quantify will use your logo; it will appear on estimates, deliveries, returns, and invoices. It will show up on the print preview of reports for everyone in your company, regardless of where they are on the network (local or remote).

With your favorite image editing software you simply create a 225x95 size png file (portable network graphics with a .png extension) with your logo in it. Then go into Quantify options (Tools menu, Global Options item).

Tools Menu

On the Reports tab, click the ‘Add’ button and select your logo file. There’s a handy preview window below the selection so that you can see the file.

The preview is just a little bigger than 225x95, so you should see a small grey border around your logo. If your text is overflowing the border, simply open the file in your image software and resize it until it fits.

Next time you print preview a report, you’ll see this logo on the report. Your logo even shows up when you export to PDF.
